Auris Vision provides web development, automation, content management and digital presence services, described in detail on each service page. The specific terms, timelines and prices for each project are agreed individually with each client before work begins.
3. Portfolio and examples
The templates shown in the Portfolio section are demonstrations of our work and technical capability, intended to illustrate the kind of result we can deliver — they do not necessarily represent projects currently in production for real clients.
4. Cancellation
Unless otherwise agreed in a client's specific contract, monthly subscription services can be cancelled at any time, without penalty, upon prior notice by email or WhatsApp.
5. Ownership and content
The content of this website (text, design, images) is the property of Auris Vision, unless stated otherwise. The source code and materials delivered to each client as part of a contracted project become the client's property, as defined in that project's specific contract.
6. Limitation of liability
Auris Vision strives to keep this website accurate and available, but does not guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions. We are not liable for business decisions made based on content on this website.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Portugal.
